Imagine your next event at Blanchard Hall. We understand that every event is unique and special. To provide you with the ideal gathering place we have three spaces available for rent.

2019 Rental Rates
One Building: $75 per hour plus cleaning fees ($50 minimum).
Two Buildings: $100 per hour plus cleaning fees ($75 minimum).
Sales tax must be added for events featuring entertainment.
To allow for your setup and clean up of your decorations, equipment and possessions, renting of one hour prior and after your event is required.
Cleaning Fees In Addition To Hourly Rates:
Short event (up to 4 hours total): $50 – $75
Medium Length Event (over 4 to 6 hours): $100.00
Longer Event (over 6 hours to 8 hours): $200.00
Major Event (10 hours or more): $300.00
We will take care of the cleaning for you. This way, you can walk away from your event with no concerns about cleaning.
Dance Floor Rental: $200 For use and installation in the location of your choice. Required for any event that includes a dance
Dish Washing: $2 per person, up to $200
Table Cloth Cleaning Fees: $100 every day table cloths or $200 formal event linens & napkins
Damage Deposits: We reserve the right to require a damage deposit that will be fully refundable if no damage or extraordinary cleaning is required.
Wedding Package: All inclusive, a full day PLUS of use and service. Multiple planning meetings to make sure everything is set for your special day; depending on Hall schedule, we will allow you to set up one or two days ahead; we will move furniture and set the building up as you wish. Full use of facility and assistance of one staff member for the entire day and evening. Formal table linens and napkins; use of our dishes, glassware and flatware if you wish; dish washing; use and installation of our dance floor in the location of your choice within our facility; all cleaning fees; and depending on Hall schedule, allow you to return in the next day or two to retrieve your belongings and collect your decorations. $3,000 plus sales tax
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we bring in our own food?
Yes. The Pecatonica Room was designed for groups or families to serve their own events, or hire a caterer. Food preparer's parking for one large vehicle available with private access to kitchen area.
Are there tables and chairs available?
Yes. Over 150 chairs and 16 (5-foot) round tables and 7 (8-foot) regtangular tables are available. Use is included in the rental fee.
Are place settings available?
Yes. We have dishes and silverware for 150 people along with serving equipment. Use is included in the rental fee.
Do you have table linens available?
Yes. Use of table linens is available for an additional fee. If a specific color or theme is desired guests may choose to rent linens.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of a cancellation refunds are based on the length of time rented and notice provided. Please contact us for more details.
Is parking available?
Yes. There is parking for eight cars at the rear entrance including handicapped spaces. Visitors can park behind Blanchard Hall in the large public parking lot off of Mason Street and use the rear entrance to the building.
